Shipping Policy
We ship your order to the address that the buyer submits in the checkout form.
All orders will be shipped within 3-4 business days once received.
USA Buyers: USPS First Class Mail - Regular mail takes 3-5 days for delivery.
INTERNATIONAL Buyers: Shipping can take up to 7-15 business days, depending on the country. Please be advised that all items that are shipped internationally will go through customs, and therefore will have a description and price declared on the customs form. Any customs fees or taxes imposed by customs for an order are separate from the shipping charges and are not the responsibility of Lulus Naturals.

Exchanges / Returns Policy
We do not accept returns on used wraps. If the wrap needs to be exchanged or returned it must not have any oil on it.
All returns or exchanges must be made within 15 days of the purchase date.
Precautions
- DO NOT use castor oil wraps during pregnancy or menstruation without medical supervision.
- If you have had recent surgery, consult your physician before beginning castor oil wraps.
- DO NOT use castor oil wraps on open wounds or after recent surgery.
- DO NOT heat castor oil wrap in the microwave or oven. Apply oil directly to the skin.
- Do use a heating pad or hot water bottle placed on top of the castor oil wrap once the castor oil pack is secured to the body.
How to Use
Pour castor oil into the palm of your hand (amount approximately equal to the size of a quarter) and gently massage into your neck making sure to coat the base of the front of the neck, the area where the thyroid gland is located.
Apply castor oil wrap to the neck and secure it with the adjustable button strap.
Use a heating pad or hot water bottle (temperature should be warm, not hot) placed on top of your Speak Your Truth thyroid wrap.
Relax and heal for 30 - 45 minutes. (You may apply castor oil and Speak Your Truth thyroid wrap 2 to 3 times per week until you achieve desired results ).
How to wash: Hand wash, do not use softener or bleach. Hang to dry. Wash every 2-3 uses.
