I was leary about the "magic" of castor oil packs. I've been going through some health challenges and finally caved in an effort to help my liver. After sporadically using a few times I got consistent and that is when I noticed a dramatic change in my insomnia. I started sleeping through the night. Waking up feeling so much better. I also tried a different(leading/recommended) pack and hated it. It was bulky, bunched up and just flat out annoyed me. I love how my LuLu pack just molds to my body and stays put pretty well unless I move around a lot while wearing. I never skip a night on my liver. I also use when I feel my cycle is going to start and haven't been getting cramps. I've been telling so many people to get one and try it. Wish I'd done it long ago! Ready to order some more so I can cycle them readily and have one for my suitcase.
