Our Exchange and Return Policy

 We are confident that you will love what you ordered, however if something doesn't work out, we will gladly accept unused, unwashed, unaltered products in new condition for return or exchange within 15 days from the arrival date.

For all exchanges and returns, $7 will be deducted from your refund for return shipping. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Items purchased outside of the United States are not eligible for returns due to customs issues. 

All redeemed rewards points are final. Redeemed rewards points are not added back to your account when making a return or exchange.

Your refund will go back to the original method of payment used to make the purchase. Please allow up to 7 business days from when we receive the items for your account to be refunded.
